- Prices and turnaround times (TAT) are discussed individually.
- I may adjust prices based on various factors.
- You'll receive price and TAT before confirming your commission.
- Share any deadlines before payment; rush fees may apply.
- Inappropriate behavior can lead to cancellation without a refund.
- I reserve the right to decline any commission.
- Include all necessary details in your order!
- I’m not responsible for elements you dislike if you don’t provide feedback during reviews.
- Submitting payment means you accept these policies.II. Payment
- I’m not liable for transaction errors.
- Payment is 50% upfront and 50% upon completion.
- Accepted currencies: USD, PHP (via PayPal and Gcash)
- I won’t start your commission until payment is confirmed.III. Work Process and Delivery
- I’ll update you on significant delays.
- Different commission types have different timeframes.
- Significant changes require new pricing.
- If no specific background is requested, I’ll provide three thumbnail sketches.
- Preview versions will be shared for approval before final delivery.
- Commissions are delivered digitally in PNG or JPEG format through Gmail with an attached Google Drive.IV. Cancellation/Refund Policy
- No refunds after sketch approval.
- No refunds for cancellations due to inappropriate behavior.
- If I don’t deliver within 30 days, a full refund is available.
- To cancel, reach out directly; refunds depend on the progress of the work.
- Partial refunds may be requested for delays beyond 30 days without valid reason.V. Copyright/Usage Policy
- I retain all copyright of the order
- You may display my work with credit but cannot claim it as your own.
- Artwork can be used for personal purposes only.
- I can showcase completed work in my portfolio.
- Artwork cannot be used for AI or NFT purposes.
- Redistribution or commercial use requires prior discussion.VI. Commercial Usage Agreement
- Commercial use rights must be stated before starting.
- Commercial use includes selling or profiting from the artwork.
- Minimum price increase for commercial use is +50%.VII. Privacy
- Mention if you want your request to be private.
